MEDJOOL DATE BLISS BALLS
Ingredients:
Med Cuisine Natural Date Paste – 1 jar
Ground almonds -200g
Med Cuisine OrganicTahini – 1/2 cup
For coating choose from:
black & white sesame seeds, chopped pistachios, hazelnuts, dehydrated raspberries or candied coconut chips
Instructions:
Pour the date paste, tahini and ground almonds to a mixing ball and mix well
(You can use a food processor for mixing).
It can also be great family activity.
Put the mixture in the fridge and let it set for half an hour.
Wet your hands and make beautiful balls (3-4cm), then toss them straight into your favourite coating.
After coating place it in the fridge for one hour to stabilize.
